Have you heard about the Bonners Ferry Community Read in honor of the 250th anniversary of the U.S.A.? Stop by the Boundary County Library to pick up your own free copy of 𝟏𝟕𝟕𝟔 by David McCullough! (Books provided thanks to a grant from the Idaho Humanities Council.) There will be a community discussion lead by local teacher Paul Bonnell on July 2nd at the Boundary County Historical Museum.d
"Moments That Made US" exhibit
As the United States of America celebrates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, marking America’s Semiquincentennial, we have a unique opportunity to reflect on our beginnings as a nation.
The “Moments That Made US” exhibit illustrates the history and photographs of the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho, the United States of America, State of Idaho, and Boundary County.
Independence Day Parade
The Bonners Ferry 4th of July Parade is a hometown tradition celebrating patriotism, community, and local pride.
Featuring local organizations, businesses, and families, it showcases the heart of Bonners Ferry.
The parade brings generations together to honor our nation and celebrate Independence Day, small-town style.
Scott Stover
A fan favorite, Scott Stover, is a great acoustic guitarist and singer who performs a homespun eclectic mix of Folk, Country, Blues, Rock and Bluegrass
Herndon Girls
A family band of five sisters, blending beautiful vocal harmonies and playing a variety of instruments, will entertain us with a program of Americana and Celtic music.
Bonners Ferry Community Orchestra
Under the direction of conductor Glenda Novinger, our very own Bonners Ferry Community Orchestra will wow audience members with patriotic pieces and familiar instrumental tunes.
Brenn Hill
Brenn Hill has stood under a cowboy hat and behind a microphone on countless stages entertaining audiences, blending his voice with bending guitar strings in a performance style all his own.
Closing Ceremonies
Our 2026 closing ceremonies are presented by the Bonners Ferry American Legion and VFW members. Please join us as they present a time of remembering our past and celebrating our future!
Fireworks Display
The Bonners Ferry 4th of July Fireworks is a community-driven celebration of freedom, family, and hometown pride.
